I've been having a pretty bad week day with letting what others say about me actually get to me. I usually ignore words but I guess I've reached my limit. It hurts when the folks talking negatively about you are people you love and have always supported. People say it's a way of life. [I don't think it is or should be]. I've said my peace and have completely let go.
Say whatever it is you must say, I know what's true.
I love my life and all the wonderful people in it.
You've got one life to live.
Don't waste it by worrying what others do or say about you.
Spend it enjoying and loving every moment.
